Dassler Brothers Shoe Company was started by Rudolf and Adi Dassler as an athletics and sports shoe company in 1924. Later, the two brothers split, and Rudolf registered the Puma brand in 1948.

The Puma shoes feature uppers crafted from leather, suede, synthetic, and textile materials like canvas and denim. Denim textile materials overlays are used to design Puma Cruise Rider Denim (Womens), which adds style to the performance silhouette. In different collaborations, this brand has come up with shoes characterized by different themes and colorways, adding uniqueness and style. The puma emblem of the jumping cat is visible on the tongue, sole, and side of the shoes, making them recognizable. The RS-X designs are engineered with super cushioning technology for more comfort during performance.
